dmgs67.co.uk hosting was up for renewal, and to be honest I wasn't sure whether it was really worth keeping the hosting going, so I have renewed the domain only, but I can set up the hosting again at any time.
But first I just wanted to get an idea of how many people actually visit the site still, so this page is being logged so I can check how many visits it actually receives.
Yes, I know I could check the Apache logs from my previous hosting company, but doing it this way, for various reasons, is just quicker and easier, and I would have moved the site away from my previous hosting company anyway.
It seems to me that the amount of traffic on dmgs67.co.uk didn't really warrant it having domain hosting all to itself - so my thoughts are more inclined towards integrating dmgs67 into my own site and maintaining a redirect from the dmgs67.co.uk domain.
One option which occured to me was to consolidate the dmgs71 and dmgs67 sites into one site as the '71 site looks a little unkempt and the message board has been broken for quite a while (yes I know... I was supposed to fix it!)
If you feel like letting me know whether you would like dmgs67.co.uk to continue independently, or whether you don't think it's worth it, or if we should just keep the message board going (it was infamous after all), or if we should think about merging the 71 and 67 sites, or if you just want to say hello, then drop me a note from here.
I'll wait until the end of this year - and if I get no particularly positive feedback, I will go ahead and incorporate dmgs67 into my personal site here and let the message board lapse (sorry Jackie R!!!)
